Coconut Tree Hill is one of the most picturesque spots in Mirissa, Sri Lanka. Located at the end of the beach, this small hill is covered with tall, swaying coconut trees, offering a stunning panoramic view of the Indian Ocean.

Stilt Fishing

Stilt fishing, or “Ritipanna” as it is known locally, involves fishermen perched on wooden stilts planted into the shallow waters near the shoreline. This method has been passed down through generations and is a testament to the resourcefulness and adaptability of the local fishing communities.

Location: Koggala is one of the prime spots for stilt fishing, located along the southern coast of Sri Lanka between Galle and Matara. You can have such experience in Koggala. But we could not assure catching fish. We are assure you can have great memory & photograph.
